By accessing this website, submitting an inquiry, requesting an estimate, purchasing a product or course, booking a service, registering for an educational experience or otherwise engaging with Coti Photography, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use this website or purchase services through it.
References to Coti Photography, Coti, we, us or our include Coti Photography and, where applicable, its team members, contractors, instructors and representatives.

Coti Photography may provide professional photography and creative services including:
- Birthday photography
- Quinceañera photography
- Business and personal branding photography
- Maternity photography
- Graduation photography
- Wedding photography
- Event photography
- Portrait photography
- Editorial and creative photography
- Custom photography productions
Coti Photography may also offer photography education, online courses, in-person classes, workshops, mentoring, studio rental opportunities, speaking engagements, conferences and creative collaborations.
Services, dates, availability, features and inclusions may change from time to time.
Inquiries, Estimates & Bookings
Submitting an inquiry, request form, estimator, consultation request or other communication does not guarantee availability and does not by itself create a confirmed booking.
A photography session, rental, course, event, speaking engagement or other service is considered confirmed only after all applicable booking requirements communicated by Coti Photography have been completed.
These requirements may include:
- Acceptance of a proposal or estimate
- Signature of a service agreement
- Payment of a deposit or retainer
- Payment of an invoice
- Completion of registration requirements
- Other confirmation requested by Coti Photography
Estimates are based on the information provided at the time. Changes to the scope of a request may result in a revised estimate or proposal.
Personalized Photography Experiences
Coti Photography experiences may be customized according to the client's vision, concept, production requirements, location and desired creative services.
Depending on the experience, additional or optional services may include:
- Creative direction
- Professional posing guidance
- Professional makeup
- Hair styling
- Wardrobe or styling guidance
- Multiple looks or outfit changes
- Set design
- Props
- Decoration
- Location coordination
- Additional photographers or assistants
- Additional production personnel
- Other customized creative services
Additional services may result in additional charges. Any applicable charges will be communicated through the relevant proposal, estimate, invoice, checkout, booking page or service agreement.
Payments, Deposits & Retainers
Payment requirements may vary according to the service or product being purchased.
The applicable deposit, retainer, installment schedule, final balance and payment due dates will be communicated during the booking or purchasing process.
A date or service may remain unconfirmed until all required booking steps and payments have been completed.
Whether a deposit or retainer is refundable, transferable or applicable toward another service will be determined by the specific proposal, invoice, checkout terms or agreement presented for that transaction.
If a specific written agreement contains terms that differ from these general website Terms, the specific agreement will control with respect to that service.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
Cancellation and rescheduling policies may differ according to the service being provided.
Photography sessions, weddings, events, courses, workshops, studio rentals and speaking engagements may each have different cancellation requirements.
Applicable deadlines, fees, credits, forfeitures or rescheduling conditions will be communicated through the corresponding confirmation, invoice, registration page or agreement.
Coti Photography cannot guarantee availability for a replacement date.
Late Arrivals & No-Shows
Clients and participants are responsible for arriving at the agreed time for photography sessions, classes, studio rentals, consultations and other scheduled services.
Late arrival may reduce the amount of service time available when extending the appointment would interfere with another client, production, class or event.
Significant lateness or failure to attend may be handled according to the specific booking agreement applicable to the service.
Creative Direction & Artistic Style
Photography is a creative and artistic service.
By hiring Coti Photography, clients acknowledge Coti Photography's professional and artistic discretion regarding:
- Lighting
- Posing
- Composition
- Framing
- Image selection
- Cropping
- Retouching
- Editing
- Color treatment
- Creative direction
- Final presentation
Clients are encouraged to communicate preferences and references before the session.
References are treated as creative inspiration and do not guarantee an identical reproduction of another photograph, photographer, pose, location, set, lighting style or creative concept.
Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for cooperating reasonably with Coti Photography during the preparation and completion of a service.
Clients are responsible for:
- Providing accurate information
- Arriving prepared and on time
- Communicating important needs in advance
- Following reasonable production instructions
- Obtaining necessary access to private locations when applicable
- Obtaining location permissions where required
- Providing appropriate supervision of minors
Image Selection, Editing & Delivery
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Coti Photography determines which images meet its professional and artistic standards for final delivery.
The following are not included unless specifically agreed:
- RAW files
- Unedited photographs
- Test photographs
- Duplicate images
- Rejected photographs
- Other working files
The quantity of photographs, editing level, delivery format, gallery access and expected turnaround time will depend on the specific service purchased.
File Storage & Archiving
Clients are responsible for downloading and safely storing delivered photographs and other digital files.
Coti Photography does not guarantee indefinite storage of galleries, photographs, videos, educational files or other client materials unless specifically agreed in writing.
Files and galleries may eventually be removed from storage systems.
Copyright & Use of Photography
Unless ownership is transferred through an applicable written agreement or another legal exception applies, Coti Photography or the applicable photographer retains copyright in original photographs and creative materials created by Coti Photography.
Purchasing photography services does not automatically transfer copyright ownership.
Depending on the service purchased, clients may receive permission for personal use, professional use or commercial use.
Commercial photography, advertising, editorial photography, business branding and other commercial applications may be subject to additional licensing conditions.
Unless authorized, clients may not sell, license, claim authorship of, or commercially redistribute Coti Photography's work outside the permissions granted to them.
Portfolio & Promotional Use
Any use of identifiable client images by Coti Photography for portfolio, website, social media, advertising, exhibitions, educational materials or other promotional purposes will be subject to applicable agreements, releases, permissions and law.
When appropriate, Coti Photography may request a separate model release or other written authorization.
Minors
A parent or legal guardian may be required to authorize photography, education or other services involving a minor.
Parents or legal guardians are responsible for appropriately supervising minors during photography sessions, classes, studio activities and events.
Separate authorization may be required before photographs of a minor are used publicly or for promotional purposes.
Coti Photography Academy
Educational offerings may include:
- In-person photography classes
- Online photography courses
- Recorded programs
- Masterclasses
- Workshops
- Mentoring
- Private instruction
- Photography demonstrations
- Business and branding education
Course descriptions, dates, instructors, formats and requirements may vary by program.
Participation in a course or educational experience does not guarantee any specific artistic, professional, business or financial result.
Results depend on many factors including practice, implementation, experience and individual circumstances.
Online Courses & Educational Materials
Unless otherwise stated, access to recorded courses, masterclasses, videos, templates, manuals, presentations and other educational materials is provided for the purchaser's personal educational use.
Users may not:
- Share login credentials
- Resell course access
- Redistribute protected course videos
- Upload protected materials to third-party platforms
- Reproduce materials for commercial distribution
- Copy educational content to create substantially duplicated competing products
Educational Disclaimer
Educational content reflects Coti's professional experience, methods, techniques, creative process, workflows, opinions and educational approach.
Photography and business education provided by Coti Photography is for educational purposes.
It does not constitute legal, accounting, tax, financial or other regulated professional advice.
Studio Rental
Studio rental is subject to availability and may require a separate studio rental agreement.
Renters may be required to provide information regarding the requested date, duration, number of participants, type of production, equipment, sets and intended use of the space.
Renters are responsible for appropriately using:
- The studio space
- Furniture
- Sets
- Props
- Fixtures
- Equipment
- Other studio property
Unauthorized activities, unsafe conduct, illegal activity, excessive cleaning, overtime or damage may result in additional charges or termination of the rental when permitted by the applicable agreement.
Speaking Engagements & Conferences
Coti may be available for conferences, workshops, panels, interviews, podcasts, educational events, professional training and other speaking engagements.
Submitting a request does not confirm Coti's participation.
Fees, dates, travel, accommodations, technical requirements, content, recording permissions, cancellation terms and other details may be established through a separate agreement.
Collaborations, Brands & Media
Submitting a collaboration, partnership, media, sponsorship or creative project proposal does not obligate Coti Photography to participate.
Use of Coti Photography's name, Coti's name or likeness, photographs, branding, logos, courses or educational materials may require prior authorization.
Third-Party Vendors
Certain experiences may involve third-party providers such as:
- Makeup artists
- Hairstylists
- Decorators
- Stylists
- Venues
- Rental companies
- Assistants
- Payment processors
- Other independent service providers
Independent providers may operate under their own availability, terms, conditions and policies.
Travel & Location Services
Services outside the normal service area may require additional travel arrangements or expenses.
These may include:
- Mileage
- Transportation

- Other travel-related expenses
Applicable travel costs will be communicated through the relevant estimate, proposal or agreement whenever reasonably possible.
Events Beyond Our Control
Coti Photography will not be responsible for delays or inability to perform caused by circumstances reasonably outside its control.

- Natural disasters
- Government restrictions
- Venue closures
- Serious emergencies
- Transportation interruptions
- Power outages
- Other extraordinary events
When reasonably possible, the parties may work together to reschedule or determine another reasonable solution under the applicable agreement.
Reviews & Testimonials
Reviews and testimonials displayed by Coti Photography may represent individual client or student experiences.
Individual experiences and results may vary.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to prevent clients or students from providing honest and lawful reviews, opinions or feedback regarding their experience.
Website Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise indicated, photographs, videos, graphics, website copy, branding, educational content, course materials and other original website content belong to Coti Photography or are used with authorization.
Such materials may not be copied, reproduced, redistributed, republished, sold or commercially exploited without authorization except as permitted by applicable law.
