Coverage can be considered for corporate events, conferences, workshops, private celebrations, community and church events, launches, networking events and other special gatherings. Weddings have their own dedicated photography experience.
Coverage is planned according to your event timeline. Tell us approximately when photography should begin and end so the team can consider the appropriate amount of coverage in your estimate.
Yes. Speakers, presentations, recognitions, ceremonies and other scheduled moments can be included as photography priorities when planning coverage.
Yes. Formal portraits, leadership photographs and group photographs can be incorporated when they are part of the photography plan and event schedule.
Yes. Signage, sponsor branding, décor, venue details and other visual elements can be listed as priorities when requesting your estimate.
Events throughout Houston and surrounding areas such as Katy, Cypress, The Woodlands and Sugar Land can be considered depending on availability, venue location and any travel requirements.
